Easy Access USA Inc, we’re hiring highly technical cloud computing architects to help our clients and our business partners develop technical expertise and capacity, while collaborating on key engagements.
Our highly qualified consultants will deliver proof-of-concept projects, topical workshops, and lead implementation projects.
These professional services engagements will focus on key customer solutions such as web applications, enterprise applications, HPC, batch processing and big data, archiving and disaster recovery, education and government.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or 10+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years of IT Infrastructure experience including virtualization
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies
- Direct hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or current hands on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience
- Experience with integration of Azure and AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies from Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP etc
- Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (eg. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA etc.)
- Computer Science, Engineering or Math background preferred
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53 & S3)
- Strong track record of implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments
- Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
In this role, you will work alongside ADP technology, data and product stakeholders to understand their data requirements. Then, you will play a significant role in designing canonical logical and physical data model to onboard relevant data sets into our data platform.
Every day, you will do hands-on data analysis to understand its domain, design the Canonical data model and document the transformation the data needs to go through within the data pipeline to satisfy the requirements of the data consumers. Each day, you will start with a scrum and identify priorities within the current sprint or discuss a new project. Then you’ll plan relevant tasks, drive requirements with stakeholders and perform necessary activities related to data. You will follow all Data Architecture standards that has been set and from time to time help improve them.
To thrive in this role, you will need to have eight-plus years of experience working with data in technology organization. You’ll need to be an expert in Data Modelling using industry standard tools. You’ll need extensive knowledge in relational and non-relational databases, SQL, requirements analysis and an eye for details. Our best analysts are creative problem solvers who love a challenge. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent.
- Prior experience that would give you extra comfort in the role includes:
- 8+ years of overall industry experience with data, with at least 5 years doing data modeling/data architecture, providing leadership on design, architecture and implementation of data solutions (relational, non-relational), data pipelines and flows
- In-depth understanding of database structure, principles for relational and non-relational databases, and expertise in SQL and Data warehousing concepts
- Expertise in creating enterprise grade data models and data modeling tool erwin.
- Hands-on experience with data compute, storage, and security components and using a cloud platform (preferably AWS, Databricks, Snowflake) for Big Data.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with senior level stakeholders as well as developers and analysts a must.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to define and weigh options and alternatives
- Must be able to work both independently and as a member of a global multi-faceted data warehousing and analytics team.
- Ability to manage projects and programs with a focus on delivery.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies in a dynamic environment.

As a Principal Developer, you will work closely with your team to lead and guide projects to success. You’ll have a hands-on role architecting, developing, debugging, and deploying software solutions where you can leverage your coding expertise. You’ll work on Performance tuning of your applications. You’ll help develop and extend the CI/CD process that you will use to deploy your applications to production. You’ll help design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and reporting systems. And, most of all, you will deliver delightful apps to our clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience
- A strong Java 8, Spring, AWS Background, especially using AWS services like API Gateway, Cognito, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, Kinesis, Aurora etc
- Experience with Drupal, PHP, React and Angular
- Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology like MuleSoft, Spring Framework
- Strong knowledge and comprehension of standards, specifications, standards bodies (e.g., XML, UDDI, JMS, Web services, etc.)
- Experience with implementing integrations with SOAP and RESTful APIs
